We store the submitted text and resulting score to enable shareable result links. We do not share submitted job descriptions with employers or third parties. Anonymous sessions are retained for 90 days.

    2.2 Automatically Collected Information

    When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

    If you choose to connect your Google account to It's Buzzing (e.g., for Calendar scheduling, Gmail CRM integration, or Google Sheets export), our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to [Google API Service User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

    11.1 Information We Collect via Google APIs

    When you connect your Google account, we may access the following data based on the permissions you grant:
  • Google Calendar: To read and write calendar events for scheduling and appointment management.
  • Gmail: To send tracked emails on your behalf and display your CRM-related communication history within the platform.
  • Google Sheets: To export your contacts, leads, and referral data to your spreadsheets.
  • Google Profile: To verify your identity and pre-fill your account information.
  • 11.2 How We Use Google Data

    We use this data strictly to provide the integrated features you have enabled. For example, we use Gmail access only to send emails you compose in our CRM and to show you relevant thread history. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

    11.3 Data Storage and Deletion

    Google tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest). You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via the Integrations page in your dashboard or through your [Google Security Settings](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Upon revocation, we will delete all stored tokens and refresh tokens associated with your account.
